Off-the-Shelf courses may meet as much as 70–80% of your training requirement for a particular topic – and, indeed, this may be sufficient for you to consider investing in them. Other named courses may not even be this successful – either in terms of content or level of delivery.

A much more promising approach is to create your own course structures and resources to ensure your employees are receiving training directly related to their development – and to your business objectives. This may, however, call for more resources than you would be prepared to commit over any length of time.

One solution is to invite KeFax to discuss your requirements and let us present you with a proposal for delivering specific materials designed to meet your objectives.

nFrom an agreed brief, we can devise short courses, create the course materials and allocate the resources and expertise necessary to deliver the result you want.

nThe intention is to assemble a mixture of components which targets your needs for this particular course. This then becomes your property to re-use as when you require. We can, of course, stay involved in evaluating the success of the project – refining the content and delivery to make each successive use even more effective.

nYou only pay for resources which are relevant to your activities and to your employee’s needs – and only for the time that you require them.

Once we have established objectives and any constraints on delivery methods, we will propose a structure and outline to the course. From this point we design and deliver actual components – depending on the agreed methodology and the mixture of media.

From our own resources we can supply the following approaches and training media:

      nTutor-led courses and support materials

      nWorkshops

      nMentoring and support services

      nOpen and distance-learning approaches

      nVarious audio/video/slide (including electronic) presentations

      nComputer-based training materials

nA wide range of text materials to support training activities.

Whatever your requirements, you should look at how KeFax can help you put a course together and compare this with off-the-shelf packages. We are sure you’ll be impressed.
